Peresphone and Hades

Okay, so basically, this couple is a small part of something that inspired the RiversXJack pairing.

You see, Hades basically kidnapped Peresphone and when her mother tried to get her back with her family; Hades tricked Persephone into eating enough pomegranate(sp?) fruit things so that she could only return every spring.

Later on, another god tries to basically marry Hade's wife Persephone but Hades tricks him into a feast along with another god. One is let go and the other is eternally at the table or something.


Interesting for a Greek myth. Usually Norse is my strong point but the similarity between the Jack and Rivers pairing along with Persephone and Hade was just something I couldn't pass up.
