I've been having panic attacks lately. Like...alot of them. To the point where I almost had to go to the emergency room. But people still keep blaming me of stuff I never did and acting like it's my fault their lives suck it seems. No wonder I'm having panic attacks. Right? It seems like everyone likes to put their complaints on DA journals so I figured I'd try it.

I can't really say I care much about the fact I'm having panic attacks. I've grown used to the idea that they are going to happen since I'm in a highly stressful environment with no foreseeable solution available yet. That is not to say I'm entirely complaining. I've got lots of great friends here who look out for me.

I mostly just wanted everyone to know that if I'm inactive for a while compared to usual, it's because I might be at the hospital.

I'm also writing a book for Camp NanoWriMo with my character Mrs. Green as the protagonist. I won't be posting the whole story onto here but I may post an excerpt once Camp NanoWriMo is over depending on if anyone wants to read part of it.

... So you are stuck with people who don't know how to handle a panic attack? /also gets panic attacks
Also, since you say that the causes of the attacks haven't been taken care of, I'm guessing it is severe?
One thing is for sure: If you are in a situation where you are having frequent panic attacks caused by stress, then your stress levels are too high. If any of the people who keep blaming you for what you didn't do are 'friends', leave them. Such 'friends' are just using you.
Also, you need to talk to someone you can trust. Venting can help relieve some stress. High levels of stress cause more problems than just panic attacks.
If your family is causing the stress, find at least one family member to be on your side. Someone to pretty much hug you and comfort you while letting you cry and drool all over their leg. The comforting can help end a panic attack sooner. Plus, if any idiot comes in and is like "STOP YOUR SCREAMING!" or "GROW UP!" or FREAKING YELLS AT YOU AT ALL WHILE YOU ARE HAVING A FREAKING PANIC ATTACK, then hopefully the person on your side can tell them to "Shut up. She's having a panic attack."
Anyway, the most important thing is lowering your stress.
